Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every Chai Kaapi order to make you smile as wide as your first sip of chai. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it better.

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel, email us at contact@chaikaapi.in with your Order ID and reason.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
• Cancellations made within the eligible window will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

• You received a wrong product (wrong size, colour, or item).
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The product is significantly different from the description on our website.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Products that have been used, washed, or worn.
• Items returned without original tags, packaging, or without prior communication to our team.
• Orders where the issue was reported after 7 days of delivery.
• Sizing dissatisfaction — please refer to our size chart before ordering.

4. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

• Email contact@chaikaapi.in within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.
• Our team will review and respond within 48–72 business hours.
• If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on self-ship instructions.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In case of COD (if applicable), refunds will be issued as a bank transfer. Please provide your bank details.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer size exchanges subject to product availability. Please write to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
