Shipping Policy

Your favourite Chai Kaapi merch deserves a smooth journey to your doorstep! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We ship across India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes serviceable by our logistics partners.
• International shipping is currently not available but will be introduced soon.
• If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Custom or special edition products may require an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 4–6 business days.
• Tier-2 cities (Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Pune, etc.): 5–7 business days.
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60–₹99 will be applied at checkout, depending on location.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS.
• You can track your order using the tracking link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website.
• For tracking assistance, contact us at contact@chaikaapi.in with your Order ID.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

• Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. Ensure your address and contact number are accurate.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged in Transit

In the rare event your order arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the package and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@chaikaapi.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
